Hello! My name is Caroline Shisler.

After graduating from Miami University in 2019 with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Entrepreneurship, I have spent the past seven years in Chicago, where I’ve built a career at the intersection of design and real estate, combining a strong aesthetic sensibility with a focus on client relationships, collaboration, and delivering visually impactful, business-driven solutions.

With a background in client-facing roles across design and real estate, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to balance creative vision with practical strategy. I’m passionate about helping people make informed, confident decisions, whether it’s bringing a project from concept to completion, finding the right property, or reimagining a space, my work is rooted in clear communication, collaboration, and a genuine desire to solve problems in a way that makes clients feel supported and understood.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to people. I thrive in environments where strong relationships, empathy, and trust are essential. My interpersonal skills have allowed me to connect meaningfully with clients, vendors, and team members alike, and I believe that successful business outcomes are built on those human connections.

Outside of work, I find joy in cooking and staying active through yoga and fitness. I’m also passionate about wellness, travel, and movies. My goal moving forward is to continue growing in roles that allow me to merge business, creativity, and service, ultimately making a positive impact in people’s lives through thoughtful, people-centered work.
